Privacy Policy

SoulPrint is committed to protecting your privacy. Because the information you provide during your initiatory journey is deeply personal, we treat your data with the highest level of security.

1. Data Controller

The data controller for SoulPrint is PSSST! Stifani, a Swiss sole proprietorship located at:

2. The 30-Day Auto-Deletion Policy

All raw conversational answers and reflection logs are completely and permanently purged from our primary database logs within exactly 30 days of book delivery.

3. Who Processes Your Data

We do not build all of this ourselves. These are the houses involved somewhere in the chain, and what each one does. Each sees only the part that concerns it, and none receives your answers for its own purposes.

  • Hostinger — hosting for this site and for our orchestration server. A European company.
  • Supabase — the database holding your order, your answers and your novel. Servers in Frankfurt, Germany (European Union).
  • Stripe — payment. SoulPrint never sees your card. Ireland and the United States.
  • OpenAI — creating the character and the narrative world, and the moderation service that reviews photographs. United States.
  • Anthropic — writing the novel. United States.
  • Google (Gemini) — composing the covers. United States.
  • Bria — cropping the covers. Israel.
  • ElevenLabs — the voice and the music bed of the short films. United States.
  • MiniMax (Hailuo) — the moving shots of the short films.
  • Shotstack — the editing of those films. Australia.
  • Brevo — the emails you receive from us. France.
  • Notion — the internal cards that track the progress of a novel or a film. United States.
  • n8n — the orchestrator that runs the production steps one after another, installed on our own server.
  • Audience measurement, set by the banner — Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, ChatGPT Ads pixel.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, this audience measurement waits for your agreement: nothing is measured, and nothing is left on your device, until you say yes. Elsewhere, it is active from the moment you arrive; the banner lets you decline it, right away or later.

4. Photographs Shared for a Short Film

If you ask the scribes for a short film of your literary double, you are invited to share a photograph of yourself. Here is exactly what becomes of it.

  • It is a mood board, never a portrait. Your photograph is used only as a source of inspiration while your character is composed. It is never reproduced or reconstructed in the film you receive: what appears on screen is a fictional character, not you.
  • You keep the right to your own image. By sharing a photograph you confirm that it is yours, or that you hold the right to use it, and that it does not show a minor. Nothing is read from it about you, and nothing is inferred from it about you.
  • It is kept private. Your photograph is held in a private space that no public link can reach. It is never sold and never shared with advertisers.
  • It is shown publicly only if you expressly say so. When you ask for your film, a second box — separate from the one above, never ticked in advance, and never required to receive your film — asks whether SoulPrint may show your film and your photograph on its own channels (Instagram, and this site). Unless you tick it, neither is posted anywhere, shown to another reader, or used to promote SoulPrint. Your answer is recorded with its date, and you can change your mind at any time by writing to hello@soulprint-book.com.
  • It is reviewed before anything is made. Every photograph passes a safety review — an automated check first, then a human reading — and images we cannot accept are declined before your film is begun. This review is the only moment your photograph leaves our own storage: it is then sent to OpenAI's moderation service, which does not use it to train models.
  • You can have it removed. Write to hello@soulprint-book.com and we will remove your photograph, and the film woven from it, from our storage.
