Privacy Policy

SoulPrint is committed to protecting your privacy. Because the information you provide during your initiatory journey is deeply personal, we treat your data with the highest level of security.

1. Data Controller

The data controller for SoulPrint is PSSST! Stifani, a Swiss sole proprietorship located at:

2. The 30-Day Auto-Deletion Policy

All raw conversational answers and reflection logs are completely and permanently purged from our primary database logs within exactly 30 days of book delivery.

3. Who Processes Your Data

We do not build all of this ourselves. These are the houses involved somewhere in the chain, and what each one does. Each sees only the part that concerns it, and none receives your answers for its own purposes.

• Hostinger — hosting for this site and for our orchestration server. A European company.
• Supabase — the database holding your order, your answers and your novel. Servers in Frankfurt, Germany (European Union).
• Stripe — payment. SoulPrint never sees your card. Ireland and the United States.
• OpenAI — creating the character and the narrative world. United States.
• Anthropic — writing the novel. United States.
• Google (Gemini) — composing the covers. United States.
• Bria — cropping the covers. Israel.
• ElevenLabs — the voice and the music bed of the short films, through 30 September 2026. United States.
• MiniMax (Hailuo) — the moving shots of the short films, through 30 September 2026.
• Shotstack — the editing of those films, through 30 September 2026. Australia.
• Brevo — the emails you receive from us. France.
• Notion — the internal cards that track the progress of a novel. United States.
• n8n — the orchestrator that runs the production steps one after another, installed on our own server.
• Audience and advertising measurement, set by your preferences — Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, ChatGPT Ads pixel.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, this measurement waits for your agreement: nothing is measured, and nothing is left on your device, until you say yes. In the United States and elsewhere, it is on from the moment you arrive, with no banner, and you can turn it off at any time.

4. Advertising measurement: what happens, and how to opt out

In the United States, advertising measurement (Meta, Google, ChatGPT Ads pixel) is on by default. It tells us which ads lead to a novel being ordered. We do not sell your information; some US laws still treat this passing of information to an ad network as "sharing", and you have the right to refuse it.

To opt out, click "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" at the bottom of any page, then "Turn off sharing". The link appears only where measurement is on from your first visit; in Europe, "Manage Cookies" opens the same settings. This browser keeps your choice for twelve months. You can also write to us at hello@soulprint-book.com.

If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we read it as an opt-out: advertising measurement stays off, with nothing to click.

When you place an order

When a novel is ordered, our servers may report it directly to Meta (Conversions API), so the ad network knows an ad led somewhere. That message holds your email address turned into a SHA-256 fingerprint, unreadable as it stands, your IP address, your browser type, the identifiers Meta's pixel keeps in your browser (and the ad click that brought you here, if there was one), the amount and the currency. Never your answers, never your novel.

This signal is only sent for people who have not opted out of advertising measurement. In Europe, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, it is only sent if you said yes.

5. Photographs Shared for a Short Film (service closed on 30 September 2026)

Until 30 September 2026, the scribes offered a short film of your literary double, for which you could share a photograph. That service is now closed; if you shared one with us, here is what becomes of it.

• It was a mood board, never a portrait. Your photograph was used only as a source of inspiration while your character was composed. It was never reproduced or reconstructed in the film you received: what appeared on screen was a fictional character, not you.
• You keep the right to your own image. By sharing a photograph you confirmed that it was yours, or that you held the right to use it, and that it did not show a minor. Nothing was read from it about you, and nothing was inferred from it about you.
• It is kept private. Your photograph is held in a private space that no public link can reach. It is never sold and never shared with advertisers.
• It is shown publicly only if you expressly say so. When you asked for your film, a second box — separate from the one above, never ticked in advance, and never required to receive your film — asked whether SoulPrint could show your film and your photograph on its own channels (Instagram, and this site). Unless you ticked it, neither was posted anywhere, shown to another reader, or used to promote SoulPrint. Your answer is recorded with its date, and you can change your mind at any time by writing to hello@soulprint-book.com.
• It was reviewed before anything was made. Every photograph passed a safety review — an automated check first, then a human reading — and images we could not accept were declined before your film began. This review was the only moment your photograph left our own storage: it was then sent to OpenAI's moderation service, which did not use it to train models.
• You can have it removed. Write to hello@soulprint-book.com and we will remove your photograph, and the film woven from it, from our storage.
