Welcome to SoulPrint. By purchasing a SoulPrint novel, you agree to these Terms of Sale.

1. The Literary Service

SoulPrint is a literary publishing service where each novel is written for one person alone, from their own answers to a few gentle questions. Our silent scribes weave those answers into a 150-page novel that exists only for you, delivered as a designed PDF and an EPUB.

2. Right of Withdrawal & Satisfaction Guarantee

Two separate protections apply to your order, and they add to one another:

• 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Droit de Rétractation): In accordance with European consumer guidelines, you have 14 days from purchase to request a refund for a completely unused order — that is, before answering the first gentle question. Once you begin answering, you explicitly request the immediate execution of the digital service and waive your right of withdrawal.
• 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: This commercial guarantee is added to your legal right. If you answer the gentle questions and are not moved by the novel you receive, you are entitled to a full refund within thirty (30) days of receipt, no explanation required — a single email to hello@soulprint-book.com is enough.

3. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss Law. Jurisdiction: Canton of Vaud (Vallorbe, Switzerland).
